Oligonucleotides are short fragments of single-stranded DNA or RNA consisting of a specific sequence of nucleotides.
The key advantage of synthetic oligonucleotides is the possibility of making various modifications that are not present in natural DNA.
Synthesis technology allows to obtain any quantity of oligonucleotides up to 100 bases long (and higher on request).
Oligonucleotides of own production are deblocked, desalted and purified (gel electrophoresis, HPLC or cartridge).
Delivery can be organized in solution of the required concentration or in lyophilic form (please specify in the Application Form).
On request we can perform quality control of sequence accuracy by mass spectral analysis.
ArtBioTech guarantees the quality of oligonucleotides for 12 months under the specified storage conditions.
