Regulates the procedure for using the electronic information resource on the Internet https://artbiotech.com/.
- General provisions. Terms and definitions. Subject of the agreement
1.1 The following terms and definitions are used in this User Agreement:
1.1.1. Information electronic resource – a set of software and hardware tools and program codes, through which the Administration provides Users with information, provides access to relevant resources and services of the system. For the purposes of this User Agreement such resource is https://artbiotech.com/.
1.1.2 The Administration of the resource is the owner of the Information Electronic Resource, which provides functioning of the Information Electronic Resource and access to it, namely ArtBioTech LLC.
1.1.3 User – a natural person who has joined this User Agreement and gained access to the information resources and services of the Information Electronic Resource, including having passed the procedures of consent, registration and (or) identification on the Information Electronic Resource, as well as using it in any way without passing such procedures, is considered to have joined this User Agreement.
1.1.4 Information means any text, graphic, audio, software and hardware information and files posted by Users on the Information Electronic Resource.
1.1.5. Identification – a set of measures to establish and confirm the reliability of information about the users of the Information Electronic Resource, the terms and procedure of which are provided for in this User Agreement.
1.1.6 The forms of the User Agreement are the forms in which the User enters information about their personal data during the registration and (or) identification procedures, which are an integral part of this User Agreement.
1.2 This User Agreement regulates the relations between the Administration of the resource and Users performing any actions on the Information electronic resource.
1.3 The Information Electronic Resource is not a mass media in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
1.4. The Parties agree that the Information posted on the Information electronic resource is provided without any guarantees and obligations on the part of the Administration, including in case of unreliability (improper type) of such information. The Administration is not responsible for possible interruptions in the functioning of the Information Electronic Resource, lack of access to it and other possible technical failures in the operation of the resource.
1.5. The parties to this User Agreement are the Administration of the resource (paragraph 1.1.2.) and the User (paragraph 1.1.3.).

- Rights and obligations of the parties
2.1 The rights and obligations of the Administration of the resource:
2.1.1. The Administration of the resource has the right to transfer the Users’ personal data and any other information specified by the Users during registration, identification, use of the Information electronic resource, in the manner and in the cases stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
2.1.2 The Administration of the resource has the right to cancel the accounts of Users and anonymize the Information left by such Users in case of violation of the requirements of this User Agreement and (or) the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
2.1.3 The Administration of the resource has the right at any time to make changes to this User Agreement in any part of it, without prior and subsequent notification of Users.
2.2 The rights and obligations of the User:
2.2.1 The User undertakes to use the Information electronic resource in accordance with the terms and conditions of this User Agreement.
2.2.2 The User has the right to use only that part of the Information posted on the Information Electronic Resource, access to which is open and authorized by the Administration of the resource.
2.2.3 The User undertakes not to use the Information electronic resource for sending mass messages of advertising and other nature (spam), as well as not to use the Information electronic resource for advertising its own goods (works, services).
2.2.4 The User undertakes not to undermine the operation of the Information Electronic Resource, as well as not to use software and hardware methods and means of influence on the Information Electronic Resource in order to destabilize its operation.
2.2.5 Users do not have the right to use the information presented on the Information electronic resource for commercial and other purposes without the consent of the Administration of the resource.
2.2.6 Reprinting, reproduction in any form, distribution, including translation, of any materials of the site (including reviews) is possible in compliance with the rules of citation, and when placing them on the Internet, a link to the source page of the Information Electronic Resource https://artbiotech.com/ is required.
2.2.7 Placement of links to competing resources, including news resources, job sites and resume databases, on the Information Electronic Resource is possible only with the consent of the Administration of the resource.
3.Identification procedure
Requirements to personal data of Users
3.1 In order to send data through the form it is necessary to pass the identification procedure. The identification procedure provides an opportunity for Users of the Information Electronic Resource to post feedback and send a request for detailed information or a call request.
3.2 The identification procedure is carried out by entering the appropriate cell phone number or mail of the User of the Information electronic resource. After entering all mandatory personal data (e-mail address and cell phone number), the User agrees to this User Agreement (by ticking the appropriate box) and receives confirmation of this.
3.3 The User, who has passed the identification procedure on the Information electronic resource, by the actions specified in paragraph 3.2., expresses his consent to the use by the Administration of the resource of his personal data placed on the Information electronic resource, in particular, the collection, processing, storage, transfer to state authorities in cases established by law, as well as transfer to third parties for the purpose of fulfillment of this Agreement. Passing of the Identification procedure by the User on the Information electronic resource is equivalent to the User’s written consent to the use of his/her personal data.
3.4 The transfer of the User’s personal data to the state authorities is made in the presence of a formalized request from such authorities in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
- Rules of posting Information by Users on the Information electronic resource
4.1 When posting any Information on the Information electronic resource, the User shall be guided by the following rules:
4.1.1 The Information (feedback) posted by the User shall not violate copyrights, rights to trademarks, means of individualization and/or rights to other objects of intellectual property belonging to third parties.
4.1.2 The following actions are prohibited on the Information Electronic Resource:
– actions aimed at misleading other Users;
– distort the information that allows to establish by whom the message was sent;
– to place photos and images of famous people, minors without their parents, not related to the User, as well as to place photos, the main object of which is a person, if this person did not give his/her consent to place his/her photo on the Information electronic resource;
– posting Information containing racist statements, incitement to ethnic hatred, calls to violate the current legislation, discriminatory, xenophobic, nationalistic statements, insults, obscene or coarse language, as well as any other statements that violate the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus;
– posting Information that is not related to the topic under discussion, is meaningless and (or) insignificant and (or) provocative;
– posting Information with the purpose to harm the honor, dignity, business reputation of an individual or business reputation of a legal entity, knowingly false information, libel;
– placement of Information containing rudeness in relation to the statements of interlocutors, provocation to violation of this Agreement, obscene expressions and insults in any form;
4.2 When writing reviews and comments, the User is obliged to follow the following rules:
– comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus;
– to observe copyright for works of science, literature, art. When quoting, it is obligatory to indicate the source and the author;
– observe the right to privacy. It is forbidden to post messages containing information concerning the personal life of other Users without their permission, including disclosure of the content of correspondence, telephone and other messages of personal correspondence, real names and other personal data (addresses, telephone numbers, places of work, etc.) of other Users.
4.3 The Administration warns about the inadmissibility of posting by the User on the Information electronic resource of messages and (or) materials containing information, the distribution of which is prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
- Liability of the parties. Limitation of liability
5.1 All messages reflect the opinions of their authors; Users are fully responsible for the Information disseminated by them.
5.2 The administration of the resource is not responsible for the accuracy, truthfulness and legality of the Information posted by Users on the Information electronic resource.
5.3 The Administration of the resource does not guarantee that the Information electronic resource will be compatible and/or function with any software of the User. Users’ messages on the Information electronic resource may contain links to other sites or resources. Since the Administration of the resource does not control other sites or resources, the Administration is not responsible for the performance of such sites or resources, as well as for the content, advertising, materials, goods and services available on such sites or resources. The Administration of the resource is not responsible for any damage that may be caused to Users by third parties who have placed such links.
- Additional terms and conditions
6.1 Correspondence between the Administration of the Information electronic resource and Users is carried out by electronic mail (e-mail) at the e-mail address info@qpcr.by. The Administration sends letters to Users to the addresses specified by Users during identification on the Information electronic resource. A letter sent by the Administration to such electronic mail (e-mail) address is considered to be received by the User on the same day.
6.2 The agreement on the Information electronic resource with the terms of the User Agreement is the fact of its acceptance. In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 398 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Belarus, this User Agreement is a contract of adhesion.
6.3 The User realizes and agrees that the Information posted by the User may be used by search or other automated services and by any other means.
6.4 By accepting the terms and conditions on the Information electronic resource, the User agrees to receive the newsletter to the specified e-mail address.
6.5 By accepting the terms and conditions on the Informational electronic resource, the User agrees that All information provided on the site https://artbiotech.com/ is not a public offer. Any information, materials and data published on the site (including product prices, information on stock availability, technical specifications and other) are presented for informational purposes only and under no circumstances constitute a public offer.
- Final provisions
7.1 Amendments and (or) additions to this User Agreement shall be made by issuing a new edition of the User Agreement and shall come into force immediately after publication.
7.2 The User Agreement and (or) additions (amendments) to it are binding for all Users who have passed the identification procedure in the Information Electronic Resource before the new edition of the User Agreement comes into force.
7.3 If the User Agreement in any part of it does not comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus and the norms of international law, then in this part the parties shall be guided by the requirements of the relevant legislation. Non-compliance of the User Agreement in any part with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus and the norms of international law is not a reason to recognize it invalid as a whole.
